1. Account Registration:
1.1. You must be at least 21 years old to register an account on Recruitics.
1.2. Each phone number can be linked to only one Recruitics account.
1.3. Wallet addresses must not be rebound to multiple accounts. Violations may result in account restrictions or permanent suspension.
1.4. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, including their withdrawal password. Recruitics is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access.
1.5. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account. Failure to do so may result in account restrictions or termination.
1.6. Additional verification steps, such as identity or address verification, may be required before accessing certain features of the platform.
2. Platform Usage:
2.1. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.
2.2. The platform reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to user accounts if any inappropriate use is detected.
2.3. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or defraud the platform will result in legal action and potential account suspension.
2.4. Users must agree to receive communications from the platform, including messages and notifications regarding their account and hire optimization.
3. Hire Optimization:
3.1. Users must complete all optimized hire before initiating a withdrawal or resetting their account.
3.2. Accounts with a balance of less than $80 cannot optimize hire. Users must ensure a minimum balance of $80 before optimizing any hires. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100.
3.3. Hire Optimization must be completed within one day of acceptance. If unable to complete an optimize, users must inform Live Support immediately to request an extension.
3.4. Daily optimization may include Priority Hire that are randomly allocated by the system. Each Priority Hire includes 1-3 optimization. Once an Priority Hire has been accepted and allocated by the system, changes, cancellations, or abandonment are strictly not allowed.
3.5. Exchange rates are regulated by the platform's financial department and may fluctuate every minute.
4. Liability And Disputes:
4.1. The platform is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the platform or hire optimizations.
4.2. Users are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds in their account to complete any accepted optimizations.
4.3. The platform is not liable for any loss of funds due to failure to complete optimizations or unauthorized access to a user's account.
4.4. The platform reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected of fraudulent activities.
5. Modifications And Termination:
5.1. Recruitics reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.
5.2. The platform may terminate or suspend user accounts at any time, with or without cause.
5.3. The platform reserves the right to charge fees for certain services or features. Users will be notified of any such fees before they are incurred.
6. Governing Law And Jurisdiction:
6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Recruitics is registered.
6.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of the jurisdiction where Recruitics is registered.
6.3. The platform is intended for private use only. Any commercial use requires prior written consent from Recruitics, and the platform is not liable for any unauthorized commercial use.
6.4. These Terms do not affect a user's statutory rights as a consumer and do not limit or exclude liability for personal injury, death caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7. Agreement Acceptance:
By accessing or using the Recruitics platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
